Purchased 11 notebook computers from Clearance Club. Got a great price, free shipping and received them very quickly. They even called to make sure we opened and checked the shipment prior to accepting delivery. I will order from them again

Clearance Club sold me an extended service plan for the laptop I bough from them approximately a year ago. Initially they forgot to ship the contract. After I reminded them they did it but as it turned out it was an invalid contract and the servicing agent did not want to accept it.I have been going back and forth with them to either replace the warranty or refund my order for nearly two months and they still have not done anything.I would never ever buy anything from them again!!!

I needed a computer for school really bad and didn?t have a Ton of money to work with. So I did a lot of web searching. On the web I found a few different companies with various models I could have taken. One of the companies I found was Clearance Club. I wish I could say they were my first choice but they weren?t, and I would be lying. Lets just say that I went with Clearance Club after I had been kinda taken for a ride by another company claiming to have an item in stock. Clearance Club got my order to me pretty quickly. I know I probably bugged the hell outta the customer service reps but they stayed nice about it! I would shop here again and I?m telling everybody at my school about them.

This was my third attempt at purchasing a laptop. My first 2 tries we with companies that were less than honest with their advertising of an "In Stock? item. Clearance Club was my third and honestly final attempt at buying this unit online. I found a nice Toshiba that had the specs I was looking for. I was worried at first because I put in my order and didnt get so much as a phone call (like I had gotten from the other 2 jerk companies as they made excesses). But when I received my computer 3 days after placing the order I realized why I had not herd from them. They had shipped my computer! I figured I would spread some good Karma and thank the company.

Clearance Club was a good place for me to shop. I had a very easy time ordering and getting my laptop form Clearance Club. They even upgraded my shipping so I got it faster than i expected. I spoke to the staff once and they were very nice.I got a ref. unit. it was the vgn-fe890. It came with vista but I like it, its really easy to use.

The website is well-designed, and when I called to check on my order, I found the staff to be courteous. I needed I tiny gadget, and they had the best deal on the viaio ux180. I tried several other merchants, but the prices were either not real or they were "on back order." Please. clearanceclub shipped my order the same day i ordered it, which I find refreshing in a sea of suspicious online merchants. So add my praise for these guys. Theyre doing it right.

I was reluctant to buy online, but i found the right computer (yay, great color), the red sony computer that I wanted , and they had the best price. they made me feel very comfortable about purchasing with them, and I am VERY happy. i recomend them.

I buy from clearence club about 3-4 times a year, so I thought I should really give a review and let people know that were not all disgruntled customers. I usually make a call, I have a helpful rep who knows me by name, and if they dont have what Im looking for, we usually end up finding something. Ive found that these guys usually have very low prices, and they usually ship out the same day for me. I want to offer my personal recommendation for clearenceclub -- good people and they have good products.

A site that is very easy to navigaten and has good products. I just ordered from them tonight so can not comment on shipping or product received, but the purchase process was smooth. They have been recommended by people I trust so I expect to have no problems.
