    Crutchfield definitely has the best site to buy car audio. The selection, telling you exactly what you need to expect, customer help is the best.

    Through Consumer Reports, I researched Crutchfield and Amazon as potential places to purchase a camcorder, as well as reviewing their web sites for product info and their return policies. Both Crutchfield and Amazon had very good customer support rankings at Consumer Reports. Amazon\s price for my camcorder was a little less, but I liked the Crutchfield product content better, and they had a better camera return policy (and that\s without the holiday gift return policy; the return-for-full-refund-through-end-of-January was even better than Crutchfield\s typical 30-day policy; holiday policy made me feel even better about purchasing through Crutchfield, but I would have purchased through them even w/ out holiday policy), so I bought the camcorder from Crutchfield. BTW, previous to calling Crutchfield, I also walked into a Best Buy to consider buying there, but (1) the particular Best Buy I went to didn\t have the product I wanted, and (2) they didn\t give the same level of customer pre-sales support as I expected Crutchfield would. I then called Crutchfield after again reviewing their product content on-line, got my questions answered, and after 30 minutes of follow-on research, placed my $1350 camcorder & accessory order through Crutchfield\s web site.
