    This merchants requseted information was easy to follow, however the information on the product was not complete (such as system requirements and one other that I connot remember was blank).

    The installation CD was scratched, and had writing from the previous owner on the outside. The wireless keyboard and mouse DID NOT work with VISTA, and after going through the hassles of finding the updated software from MICROSOFT, discovered that this product was SLOW, SCRATCHED, and clearly a LOW-QUALITY ("lemon") RETURNED ITEM. UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE!! WAITED ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHO WAS ROOD!! DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR!!!

    I did not like the Bank verification process they use, it slowed my shipment.
