    Two weeks after the expected delivery date, the order had not shipped, so I cancelled it. It has been six weeks since I cancelled the order, and I still do not have a refund. I keep contacting customer service, and they keep telling me it will five more days until the refund is processed. Do not shop here.

    STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER. MY ORDER WAS EXPRESS ALSO 3 DAY AND ITS BEEN OVER 4 WEEKS. I AM UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ON ORDER STATUS IT SAYS ITS STILL PROCESSING MY ORDER. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST ONLINE SITE EVER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

    My credit card was charged the day I placed the order. 3 weeks later I tried to phone customer service having not received the product, could not get through within one hour. Submitted a case online. No response 5 days later. Now Im dealing with my credit card company to recover my losses.

    The packaging that my merchandice was in did not protect it from damaging three of the plastic wine glasses. Should have been packed better.
