    Canon SD1200 IS Dark Gray Digital Camera. Item new as advertised. Received nuisance phone call from salesman trying to sell additional items. Camera case accessory listed as \"deluxe\" was very cheap. Communication on shipping was sluggish. I would do business again for a main item, but would not order accessories.

    I purchased my Sigma EF 530 DG Super E-TTL For Canon EOS Flash, which came to me defective. Customer service was very quick to accommodate me in replacing it, however I needed it replaced Right away for an event the following weekend. They bent the rules for me and allowed me to return the flash to the store, and replaced it for me right then and there. Peter and Howard at Tristate work very hard to make their customers happy. And they have earned my business going further.Thanks Guys!

    Camera was a birthday gift for teenage daughter, and so far she loves it. Especially likes the small size since she carries it in her purse. May buy one for Christmas for other daughter.
