    The NEC monitor I ordered arrived via UPS in four days, although I used the free shipping option which usually takes much longer, even within California. There is one caveat, however. When contacting NEC for some technical information on the model I ordered I learned that Cost Central has been deauthorized by NEC. I have no idea what the problem is between CS and NEC, but it might explain why the CS price was lower than other resellers I looked at. In any case, this did not affect my order in any way; it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

    Been using your site for a while, the only thing I dont like is that it can be a little difficult to be 100% sure of which toner cartridge to buy. I could not find any links from my printer to the toner so I had to go to another site to find the part number. I use a Ricoh sp410dn which Im not sure if you sell any more, that may be the problem because Ive never had that problem before. I would like to see free shipping extended to lower priced orders, but I cant knock you for offering the lowest price Ive found and charging for shipping.

    Very happy with transactions. Plus, they are located in my state. So shipping is quick. I like that they use UPS/FedEx and not USPS.Have bought from them twice now and expect to buy from them again. Very happy with service.
