I had the usual trepidation on an internet international purchase, however 17th Street Photos customer testimonials and Reseller Ratings reviews all recorded most high positive reports and experiences in their dealings. My order placed effortlessly through their web site, handled promptly and efficiently and despatched the same day. Even an email I sent was plesently dealt with. My ordered goods were well packaged and received in great time, considering I am in Australia. Well done 17th Street Photo.

So far severely dissatisfied with the experience. I tried to buy a GPS navigator unit from them. Placed an order, however, due to technical reasons the order was declined. After contacting my bank, the issue was cleared and the second order that Ive placed with the same credit card went through, i.e. I received the emails with the details of my order, the tracking link etc., and whats more important - my credit card was charged !!!After about ten days of waiting (7 business days), I decide to inquire why the GPS nav unit hasnt been yet delivered. To my great surprise I find out that my new order was CLOSED as well. I have received no emails whatsoever that would indicate about the cancellation of the second order that Ive placed. Only after making a specific inquiry did I receive a response from one of their staff workers.I am now trying to get a refund. Well see how that goes...

Amazing so far best price and very fast. Uses UPS which I like, has a tracking number right away. If everybody was this good, it would be nice.

Great service, and so far there is no problem with the product I purchased.What I like about 17th Street Photo is that they only sell new products which to me is the most importent , they dont cheat to sell repackaged or returned products.P Klein

I bought from 17th Street Photo because my product was in stock at the best price and they had a high user rating (9.87/10 on another site). My experience actually exceeded this rating! My order came promptly (meaning they shipped promptly), arrived in excellent condition, contained USA Warranty papers as advertised, shipping charges were reasonable. Id buy from them again!

Excellent customer service. Ive been ordering from B&H for the past 5yrs and no major complaints. But, since ordering with 17th Street Photo, I now notice a difference. No closing for weird hours or weeks at a time for holidays! Product in stock! No waiting on a wish list. EXCELLENT customer service. They called me to confirm my address and myonline order, this made me feel extra confident my order was made safely. Product arrived in an unadvertised box, unlike B&H, which I prefer. A+!

I do not understand why BHPhotoVideo.com gets such high ratings-- every time I visit, its "closed for holiday". That finally prompted me to search out other merchants. Googles Product Search led me to this merchant, who is a gem in all respects. I didnt have to go hunting for likely ship dates, etc. Price compares well with the competition. FedEx tracking confirms the product is now "out for delivery". Overall, a truly fantastic experience, so I will be back!.. Update: still a happy camper!
