    Ordered a Canon Speedlite 430ex II, factory refurb unit at a good price. Website let me complete order, but then I got the infamous call from "Al" who said that model was being phased out. Offered to sell me a "generic" brand at the same price.I will not ever visit online companies who do this, especially with photo equipment. They post a great deal on something, only to get you to order then tell you it's out of stock and then try to sell you some non-brand name piece of trash.

    Dont know where my order is? Tried to contact them, left a voicemail and emailed them. But no reply whatsoever.If they cant process my order then they should let me know and cancel it. I made another order at Buydig, on the same day and they contacted me and have already processed my order. This is so frustrating because I need to send this gift before a certain date and am stuck with tristate.

    The camera was a birthday gift for my daughter. She loves it! I might even buy another one for my other daughter for Christmas.

    WARNING!! Tri State is NOT an authorized Tamron dealer, and because of this Tamron cannot guarantee the lens that you purchase from Tri State. Tamron does not know where these lens come from or the quality. If Tri State sells unauthorized lens, what other products do they sell that might not be from authorized suppliers. Also, at the time I bought my lens, Price Graber advertised a rebate from Tamron with the Tri State add, but because this was not the correct lens, there was not rebate available. Tri State felt that it was the fault of Price Graber, since it was there add. Shame on you Tri State!

    Warning!!!!!!! Risky shopping and rudeness is what you are going to get!1. No shipping information provided through email or even on the website. Then they sent out a survey on satisfaction??!!2. The first phone call to the customer service ended up with a promise to forward the shipping info but noting came3. The second phone call to the CS made me mad because he said that I had problems with my email, but actually they did not do anything after the first call.4. The second person hung up the phone on me.So the company believes that the problems are with the customers not with them. Be aware!! I would never shop here again!
