    Wow! Excellent all-around. I had a question on a product, recieved a response within 15 minutes via e-mail. I placed the order late in the day, shipped the next day, and I had it 2 days later-via regular shipping. When I recieved my order, the item was not what I ordered...it was better. Instead of canceling my order due to being out of stock, they upgraded my order to the next best item...they replaced a $180 item with a $250 one! Not only that, the item was rather technical (PCI-X server RAID card) and they managed to upgrade it to a perfectly compatible item, which shows a level of technical understanding that I am not used to in your average retailer. I will be shopping here again.

    Would highly recommend and would definately buy from again.Product was exactly as described and shipped out right away.They even called me about a mistake in my order before shipping out.A++++ A real pleasure.

    Under product description it said "NEW WITH 1 YEAR WARRANTY", however the one I got was definitely used, containing someone elses personal data. I will definitely NOT be buying anything else from this vendor again.
