Items received in excellent condition, NEW and with US warranty. Shipping was free, took only 3 business days, at a considerable savings over the next nearest dealer who wanted $68 per speaker shipping and handling.

So far everything looks good. Shipping time will make my decision permanent. This merchant had good reviews and this was the reason for purchasing from them. A lower price was found but the merchant had not received very good reviews. Service is the name of the game. I wonder why some think they can stay in business not taking care of the customer.

BPAV took awhile to find online. The more immediate responses either had no stock or DELL was in Asia! promising a 3-5 week delivery. This is a Canon dealership in Ohio which I had more trust in giving private information. They also had a sale on a memory card worth $10 that was a plus. Shipping and sales tax did not apply to my state. So I felt this was a good price for the camera.
