    100% completely satisfied!!!! The most customer friendly and knowledgeable online retailer Ive ever dealt with. chloe, my customer service rep, was instrumental in guiding me through this purchase. He was very informed with all products and took both the time and patience to discuss my purchase options in depth. Im completely serious...., this service was better than the traditional "brick and mortar" retailers. If you want a curteaous online shopping trip, dont forget to ask for Roberto. Being a lifetime procrastinator, I waited until the last minute to pull the trigger on the purchase of a high-end digital camera and a host of other assosiated camera equipment. I required that all items arrive in 2 days, leaving me enough time to install and tweak all of my gear for a family trip. Im happy to report that all items were received in perfect condition in the promised 2 day time period. All items came via UPS. Im now enjoying my new Casio digital camera for sure! Tyler MSF, CA

    I was skeptical about using Techtoysforless, but they were beyond amazing. I placed my order Thursday night at 10:30 PM EDT. I got an email at 1:42 AM FRIDAY MORNING that my order had shipped. For a second I thought this had to be a scam, but then my camera arrived on Monday. There were no sales calls trying to upsell me into a package deal. I just got the camera I wanted fast and at a great price.This is my first time using them, but if they are always like this I will be back to buy a lot more.

    My business transaction with TechToys was very impressionable. I work in retail and have always believe that to take care of your customers is number one priority. They offered not only what i was looking for, but they beat all others hands down on price, shipping, and service. In this day and age of online shopping, techtoysforless really rises above all others trying to compete for your business....Customer Satisfaction!!! Thank You for knowing what it takes to be the best out there.

    This site always has a great selection of items. The checkout process was fast as I have used the site before and did not have to fill out all of the information again. My order was delivered in 3 days, so I was happy about that. I got emails confirming the order and the shipment within 24 of the placing the order. I would recommend this site.

    Customer service representatives were very plesant to speak to. Knowledgeable staff directed me to the product I wanted. Item was in stock and shipped out the next day and arrived brand new as advertised. Their prices cannot be beat, I just wished they carried more products!

    I placed an order on Nov 26 and had to cancel it on Dec 4th because they do not have this item in Stock. They canceled my order very quickly and refuned the money right away. My only problem with this seller is that they still show the item as in stock even after they told me they will not receive the item for another month. They should be truthful and not show the item as in stock when they do not have it. These items were meant to be a gift and now I have lost 8 days since placing this order and now have to find other suppliers last minute.

    Ordered 3 cameras of the same model but different colors. Told that those cameras were not in stock. Checked the website and found another model offering different colors of course more expensive. Said they were available for each of the colors I wanted. Six days later they emailed me saying they only have that model I ordered in silver. Site leads you to believe they have all the colors in stock. Of course they offer me to purchase an even more expensive model ($75 more each). Cancelled all my orders. Will not do business with again. Know a bait and switch scam when I see it.

    I placed an order with Techtoys. I changed my shipping info from my billing address to my work address as this is a gift. When I checked out-it defaulted back to my billing. I tried calling techtoys and they had an automated response to leave a message due to high call volume, or send an e-mail to customer service. I did both and never got a response back. I sent a second e-mail, and still no response. I then tried their 1-800 number first the next morning-same automated message. I hope that I get the camera at all. I have been burned by ordering on line before, and their lack of reponse has me concerned!
