I found Refurbdepot.com on a search engine, and tried it. I bought a digital point & shoot camera-a Nikon Coolpix L5-for myself, and have had no problems with it. When it came time to buy a birthday gift for a good friend, who needed a digital P&S camera, I returned to Refurbdepot.com, and bought a Samsung S850. I have not been disappointed with goods, or services, at Refurbdepot.com

When I received my Dvd Player I was very excited! Much to my dismay, I recently had to ship it back to Sony because it quit working! It froze up after 30 minutes and the battery went dead really quick! 5 hour battery.....yeah....whatever! My first and last time buying REFURB! UNSATISFIED FORMER CUSTOMER OF REFURBDEPOT.COM!

I trust all will go well...great price, makes affordable a DVD/VCR that is higher quality and performance than I thought I could buy under $200.00 (including shipping).... Am anxious to receive and test it out.....charlie

Terrible....terrible. Ill never be back. Advertised as "in stock" but wasnt. Never bothered to email and say so. When I emailed I received an estimated date of delivery when the next supply would be in. Then, I never heard from them again. All the while, it was still being advertised as "in stock" on the web site. Bad, bad experience. Would not trust again and will never attempt to buy from again AND will never encourage anyone else to buy from. They suck.

I dont know if it was human error or your check-out page. However, I had a very hard time checking out and wasnt pleased by having to re-enter informaitoin several times before the page accepted my order. I hope I havent ordered the same item 4 times.

The product I ordered was defective. I must pay to ship it to a different company for warranty service. Its disappointing to have to wait so long for this item to work properly.
