Placing order was somewhat difficult, and annoying that everyone is required to create an account with a password, with no option to place an order as a guest. Then received email saying that order status (shipping, ect) could be checked by logging into the PCNation web site, but it would not accept the email and password I set when I placed the order. Frustrating.

Ordered Epson Printer RX680 on Sunday(8/9/2008), printer arrived at 11:30 Tuesday(8/12/2008) morning, this was with FedEx 3 day free shipping, but it was really overnight, processed order on Monday, received it the next day, fantastic service.

I was attracted by the great price that included free 3 day delivery. I was blown away when the printer showed up the very next day at 10:30 am. I will definitely shop at PCNation.com in the future.

Dealing with PCNation was a terrible experience. The Customer service is uninformative and not helpful. I tried to cancel my order while it was still "In Warehouse" and was told the order could not be canceled and that I would have to refuse delivery. After digging around on their website I found in their policy that I needed to inform them when I had refused delivery to avoid restocking and shipping fees (I was not told this by customer service at the time). Upon Calling to notify them I had refused delivery I was told I would be charged a fee anyway. 24 hours after they had received and signed for the refused delivery I called to check why my CC had not be credited back yet and was told it takes 8 to 10 days for the company to credit me back (it only took 5 minutes for me to be charged), when expressing my concern to the customer service rep I was informed "Thats just they way it is".I will never deal with this company again.

I first went to CompuBizUSA because they were listed first in the Consumer Reports/ PriceGrabber listings, but the free shipping advertised was not available on their website, then went to PCNation and everything was as advertised and relatively quick and painless. The package was received several days earlier than expected. They actually send the next better model than I ordered and everything works as advertised.
