I was initially hesitant to order a vacuum (i.e., something other than a camera) from Tri-State Camera, but everything turned out great and the vacuum is excellent.

Ordered my first item from Tri-State and received a lens that wasnt compatible with my Nikon D60 (for AF Features), returned and is waiting on another order for the correct lens. I was told that their was a 30 return policy and then they tried to charge me a re-stocking fee. So far, not charge has been made. Once I recieve my new lens, another rating will be done.

A little over 1 year from my Nikon D80 purchase and i decided to sell it. Not until the buyer tried to register the camera did WE find out i was sold a GREY market camera. Simply put Nikon will no provide any service whatsoever if you try and contact them. you also can not get firmware upgrades for a grey market camera. I Paid top dollar and was never informed that it was GREY market item.

so far so good. I have to receive goods for a thourgh evaluation. I received a call that they could not fill the order due to availability of camera. They said canon quit shipping the 5s is.Checked web site two days later and it was $70 more. I called them and said they have to take it off their web site.

Everything was fine until I had to contact the dealer to confirm the order. The salesman tried to sell me an additional item as did another company that I tried to deal with. Fortunately, the order was processed without an additional purchase.

My money was collected from TriState 6 full days before my item shipped. It was not shipped until I questioned them about the issue, then miraculously it was being shipped that very day. I received it the next day.

Easy, easy, easy. Thank you. Thats how I felt about ordering.Now that I am still waiting for my delivery (no notification that the product was out of stock; I had to call one week later when nothing showed up; to be told that it would be another 3 days. Well, the 3 days have passed and I still have no product.) Why did I pay for express shipping? They should have noted that the product was out of stock.
