    Easy purchase, smooth transctions, order been confirmed after ship, items branch new in the boxes with manufactures seal. I would love to purchase other item from Vanns again.

    Ordered two items in the last month. Both arrived as expected without any incidents. I have been very satisfied doing business witn VANNS. I placed another order today and expect the same. It took about 4 to 6 days to get the products which is just fine. All orders used free regular shipping.I always wonder how customer service would be with a company such as this, but it has never been necessary. In the event that I ever do need it, I have to assume they will take care of it.

    One of the best online shopping experiences Ive had. Required to call and verify order due to billing/shipping address difference, but customer service was pleasant and quick. Free shipping and one of the lowest prices, with no games. Will recommend to family and friends.

    I would definitely purchase from this merchant again. I received an e-mail letting me know what day to expect the product and the product came on that day. Shopping with Vanns.com was easy and straight forward. I recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth checkout and shipment.

    My experience with Vanns was excellent. I was slightly concerned with the relatively low amount of total ratings which usually means a young company, however, I was quickly proven wrong. They may be a smaller company than other huge companies, but they still offer great prices AND the best customer service Ive ever received. Upon emailing a question about my order to customer service, I recieived a real (non-automated) response within a couple hours, answering my question. Another nice event occured when I called customer service (to authorize shipment to an address other than my billing address), I was connected to a real person right away! No pushing 1 for this or 2 for that... a real person within 2 rings who helped me out immediately. The only drawback was that UPS took 6 business days to deliver since it was shipped ground from MT to NC (long ways), but shipping was free so I cant complain....especially since Vanns got my shipment out in less than a business day.

    Vanns was great. I placed the order late Saturday night. I got my order on Wednesday. Everything was in perfect condition. On top of that they had the best total price anywhere. I found places for about 50 bucks less on the price, but they wanted $80 to $100 shipping. Vanns had free shipping putting them about $30 less than anyone. Cant ask for anything more.
