    Ive used J & R before. Always good.Box was QUITE dented from shipping. I ALMOST returned to sender without opening.But fortunately product was OK.I had thought of purchasing a 26" LCD TV next year. Due to the shipping damage ... I will probably decide to make that purchase at my local Best Buy.

    Great experience! I was not able to add a 3yr. warranty via the website but I was able to do so via the telephone.
