The ordering process was in general, convenient, and thats very good. The one problem I had was Entering the state identification, I didnt use the two letter abbr. and the problem was not presented clearly so that I could imput the correct data.

I especially liked the easy access to shipping costs and the opportunity for a lower slower rate as this is a Christmas gift and I\m not in any hurry to receive. Thanks.

I have trouble with this item from three other merchants. My 5 yearold was expecting it for his (now past) birthday. I was hoping this is truly in stock. Other merchants said it was, as did you. This turns out to be out of stock as well. Item was never received. A five year old is very disappointed. And I will never shop with this company again.

complication with Google checkout - would add shipping cost, when shipping was free. Otherwise shipping time was reasonable - and included tracking info. Item was received in good condition, but was not packaged well.
