    A Matter of Fax is a very enjoyable web shopping experience. They make it very convenient to get just about everything you need in one store. I was really impressed with the prices. I paid 15% less than the manufacturers price and with out the shipping cost to boot. I would recomend this store to all of my family and friends.     You have kept shipping and handling for the end of the ordering process, and too in a side frame. You should move it in main frame to be looked at before placing the final order.

    I would purchase from this merchant again and I would definitely recommend them to others. There was a minor calculation error for the purchase through the website, but their customer service was fast, friendly and corrected the problem immediately. I was also thoroughly impressed with their order fulfillment time as well. My order arrived the day after I placed it, even though the order was placed in the late afternoon. Excellent service!

    My orders are always received on time. Merchandise is in original cartons. No Problems. Thats why I keep coming back for all our Toner/Drum needs.
