Price isnt everything. This company came up with the best price, but what I quickly found out is that they have issues getting product to the customer. There is also a lack of urgency and customer service from their agents. In hindsight, I would have gone with a better known company because these guys have much to be desired in terms of customer service.

Ordered a scanner on 9/16 - never shipped. Customer service lied and said it had. 2 weeks later - no scanner, no tracking, no order information. Very bad customer service. Good prices, bad service.

I was impressed that the rep called to confirm a generic versus my usual OEM product. My only issue was that it took longer to get the product than it could. However, I knew that there was no problem and that AMOF was a reputable supplier and we have done a number of successful orders.

This was my first experience with A Mater of Fax. I had a very good experience. Shipping was extremely fast. The product was priced fantastic. The website is not the easiest, but it was still functional. Thank you for selling a good product at a good price.

Perhaps the lowest-priced supplier of computer-related hardware Ive found yet, but better still they dont skimp on service. Despite charging barely half what the major stores wanted for my HP P1006 printer, AMOF did indeed send me a NEW unit, well packaged, very promptly, with status-change emails every step of the way. Those little touches count for a lot with me. This ones a keeper!
