    Ordered the Epson RX680 Printer on Sunday, Aug 9th 2008, knew they wouldnt process the order until Monday, received printer at 11:30 on Tuesday morning Aug 12 2008, that was next day service and I selected the FedX 3 day free service, now thats what I call service. Will definetly order from them again.

    The price was very good, so I am concerned that I may have problems with PCNation. We shall see. Update: It all worked out!

    No problems yet!!But it would be nice if PCNATION would send an email complete with the tracking number so I would know it had shipped and when to expect delivery.

    worst return policy of any sites: i tried to set up the printer on the day i received it,but the printer was defective,i contacted epson they said it was a defective unit, i had to email pcnation in order to request a refund, they have a form to fill out wanting to know the problem and also epson case# wich i gave them, i also did not want a replacement because since i was not able to even get past the ink installation,i wold instead look for another brand. i received a email back telling me that i would have to pay 15% fee and also pay the shipping charges wich would refund me only 50% of the money.i instead called epson again,and they replaced the printer which i received today at no charge to me,epson has on outstanding customer service dept. pc nation has the worst one. i would never buy from them again.

    So far good, but I have not received the product yet. I have ordered it for over night delivery.Now I have received it. It did arrive the next day after I ordered it. They said it would be here before 3:00pm and it was here at 1:30pm. Great job. I will order from them again. Thank You

    So far a very good experience, but as a new customer it would be nice to save time by having a box to check that would repeat the Customer info for the Billing address if applicable.
