    This was my first online purchase from Staples. It was easy to locate the items I wanted on their website. I also appreciated their $40 off coupon and $100 rebate offer. Although my order stated it would be delivered the next day, it wasnt. I stayed home and wasted a whole day waiting for the delivery. At 5:00 p.m. I telephoned them and was told it might take until 7:00 p.m. Of course it never arrived. The next day the driver called and said he would be delivering in about half an hour. While on the phone with him, a call came from Staples asking if I still wanted the order delivered. They were apologetic for not getting it to me on time.It was very easy to apply for my rebate using their Easy Rebate online service. I especially liked the fact that I didnt have to cut out UPC symbols and copy and mail in receipts. Just a few clicks and its a done deal! Hopefully there will be no problems with the rebate process and it will be received in 4 to 6 weeks as promised.

    I have been using Staples online ordering for years and have never had a problem. I place about 7 orders a year (on average), both large and small items; the orders arrive on time. My packaging is never smashed or torn. Until I have a serious problem, I will continue to use Staples online ordering. I recommend Staples.

    Would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have listened to others that have left reviews in the past. You order something that you thought was in stock and then you dont receive any confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you list on your order and after three days you check your order status and you find out that they didnt have it in stock in your area so they just cancelled it. Just like others I called to cancel the second item on my order because it goes along with the first item and of course after 40 minutes on hold still nobody answered the call. I got an idea staples, "Pay someone more than minimum wage and you can find help.. I shouldnt have to pay for your problems!"

    Put order online with coupon, all throught check out process. However, while Staples website is selling the proceduct and could be added to shopping cart and check out. Staples cancelled my order and said not in stock. They finally reply re-order is OK (void my $50 coupon without compensation and explaination). VERY shocked a BIG company dishonest and behavior like street vendor, remorse and discredit its reputation like a bad credit guys. SURPERRISE and never see this in order store, deny its own coupon without explaination. IT shoudl be sued.

    This purchase was as easy as it gets. It was my first online purchase from Staples and I was very pleased with it.The item arriver in 1 day and at a very good price. I will shop with them again and do highly recommed them for any one.Im still in schock because when I ordered it said one day delivery but Ive bought items online with other vendors and its alway taken 3-4 day for the item to arrive and with staples a purchase over $50.00 gets free shipping. The Easy Button is real!

    I will never buy from Staples again!!!!!!!!!!!!!I ordered a projector with free 1 business day shipping. Later in the day Staples left a voice mail stating that I needed to call in by 8:00 EST because my order had been held.I work for a living and did not get home from work until after 5:00 PST (too Late..I guess they like the East Coast customers, not those of us on the West Coast). I called customer service?..What a waste of time that is?..no help there, just excuses and attitude. Now they have my money (I have confirmed with my bank they have charged my credit card), Delivery is delayed no answers from customer services, no desire by customer services to help resolve the problem (what ever the problem is) just told to call the number in the voice mail between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM M-F. Easy Button?.What a laugh? Never again. Buyer Beware?.

    I bought a Magellan GPS unit from them..but when the email confirmation came back with an expected delivery date of 1/3 i tried to cancel the order. I needed the unit in time for Christmas. I thought it would be no biggie to cancel since I thought they had not even processed the order yet. But the unit came the next day!!! How did an expected delivery time date of 1/3 turn into a next day delivery without me knowing it?? The other problem is that i found another store that guaranteed delivery the next day so i ordered from them..so now i have 2 GPS units one of which i do not need. It could have been avoided if staples had a better logistic system place and were better at notifying and giving expected delivery dates. This is becauase Staples has their own trucks and does their own deliveries..they do not use a public carrier. So no tracking or nothing..and now that i want to return the GPS they are telling me that they will pick it up no later than 1/16....but i want my money back now.

    When I ordered around 10:30pm on a Tuesday night, and they said I would receive it in 2 days (e.g. Thursday) I couldnt believe it, but lo and behold, it arrived on Thursday! Turns out, the city it shipped from was in the same state, about a 2 hour drive away! Furthermore, they ship UPS, which is great about not delivering until after 5pm, for those of us who work during the day. True, theres a local store, but I got free shipping so didnt have to worry about the hassle of traffic and waiting in line. Plus, they calculate free shipping eligibility BEFORE the online coupons. Cool!

    I order from Staples because I was lead to believe I would receive my order in one day. It has been four days and I can not even get anyone who can tell me when I will receive the order. I will never order from Staples again
