    I was kind of worried to place order through the Kodak Website after reading the reviews that were posted here. Its very unfortunate that other three have encountered bad experiences. But,I have to say, I am very impressed with my experience with Kodak. The product arrived within two days even though I was not expecting it to arrive between 3-8 days. I will definitely purchase again from this site and will recommend to my friends..

    Ordered in November and still hasnt arrived. I will never do business with these incompetent people again and I strongly advise anyone considering it to think again. They billed my credit card over 2 weeks ago and the shipper doesnt have any record of the supposed shipping reference number. I sent them an e-mail in mid December and received a reply that it would go out the next business day. Its obvious they couldnt care less about the horrible service they are providing. I cant even get through to them on the phone. If this is the best they can do, they deserve to be eaten by their competition. Thats where Im going.

    Website claimed free next day shipping on orders completed before 3PM that day. Ordered Camera on 18th at 9 AM, BUT did not get until Dec 21st. Item was picked up by DHL on the 19th at 10:30PM, but still did not get via DHL/Airborne NEXT DAY AIR until Dec 21st. No Customer service skills at Kodak. Waited on hold for two times lasting over 1 1/2 hours. The product was great, but the customer service was/is terrible. Overpromised and underdelivered! I would rate the product as 5 stars, but the customer service as ZERO stars. They would not even assist in tracking the package. They said "try to work out something with DHL". If I order from them again, I will know not to call them....EVER!!!

    terrible customer service. they advertise items they have in stock even though there is no invemtory. every time i called i was on hold for at least 30 min terrible experience!!
