    Ordered online late Monday night - actually Tue 12:25 AM and package was at my location on Thursday! ABT shipped very promptly on Tuesday! They only charged me $17.20 for 3 day express and regular ground shipping was FREE!I called Tuesday morning early to verify order was received OK and the lady on the phone was very nice and never tried to upsell me or sell me additional accessories!Excellent price, great customer service and VERY prompt order processing and shipping! ABT sent 3 emails dealing with my order - 1st one minutes after I placed online order, 2nd when they confirmed it and the final email that was sent when they shipped my order. The last email had UPS tracking info/details.I would highly recommend this place!The Panasonic Blu-ray # DMPBD 50K player is top of the line, works great and has lots of features also!A++ experience w/ABT!

    This my fourth order with Abts. I have never had any problems. Price match on all products from a authorized seller and fast free shipping by UPS ground. I will purchase from them again.

    I was a little concerned about purchasing from this seller after reading some of the negative reviews, but decided to take a chance. Boy, am I glad I did! Couldnt ask for a better deal. Best price by far on a Sony Bravia 32" LCD TV (after doing much research I found it to be $50-$100 less than others), free shipping and received it within 8 days (which included a holiday weekend)! Would definitely do business with them again!

    I was choosen Abt because they wrote the below info on their website:Selected Shipping Method - UPSProcessing time = (1-24 Hours)Shipping time = (3-5 Business Days)From the above information which i think Abt can provide a fast service. However, i was having a hard time & disappointment with them for my 1st time purchased. I have bought a Apple 2GB Silver 2nd Generation iPod Shuffle on 6/18/08. According to the above information, the processing time only need to take 24 hours and the shipping time needs about 3-5 business day. With the calculation above, i should get my thing on 6/25/08. I was calling Abt on 6/25/08 regarding my order and the unhelpful representative said that they will send it out on 6/26/08! Dont you think that they are playing me like a fool? I tried to ask her why they taken the action so slow, and the representative ONLY keep on telling me that they will send it out by 6/26/08 for few times without answer my question. Ill NOT buy from this Company again.

    3 days after after placing order on 10/27/07 and no confirm or record of it on ABT account page (this is still true), I called ABT. The rep said the order didnt go through. I said I wanted to make sure because I didnt want a duplicate order. She said, effectively, go for it. I do. Guess what happened? Charges for both "orders" show up on my credit card statement and I get both orders. I call again and they agreed to send me a pre-paid mailer to return the dup. Time passed and no mailer. I filed a protest with citicards. When they contacted ABT, ABT again agreed to pay return shipping. Time passed. Yesterday citicards writes me that ABT now says earlier info (about paying for the return cost) was wrong and wont be happening. Also, since it is past their 30 day return policy, "no return will be accepted and no credit will be issued." Wait, theres more. Citicards will add interest to the charge. And citicards still thinks its the 10/29 charge I am protesting.

    When I ordered a 61 in DLP TV, the confirmation page timed out due to some sort of rejected script or pop up. I contacted them via. email with all the information I had to see whether the order went through. They said there was no record of any orders from me so I should order another TV. I ordered another TV and two of them showed up. I rejected the second one. For 2 weeks Ive been trying to get them to credit my credit card for one of them since they erroneously told me to order the second. They indicated in a voice mail that whenever they get around to crediting my card, they will deduct $135 for return shipping. I said it was their fault for telling me to order the second TV. According to their story now, they really had no idea whether I had ordered first TV. Impossible to check order by name. If that was the case, they shave told me that and not told me to order the second TV. Im disputing the credit card bill which is a major hassle. They are totally incompetent!

    Easy to find what I wanted, reasonable price (not the cheapest, but almost); ABT has many reviews and theyre almost all very positive - thats what led me to ABT. Merchandise arrived quickly, well packaged. Shipment was easily and accurately tracked.

    Placed an order May 9 2008 for a Canon XSI, checked with their online rep before placing the order to make sure that it was in stock and not backordered. Rep says its in stock I place the order so far so good. Mon May 12, 2008 got an email saying it is backordered for 14 days or so. Called them and had to cancel the order as I could not wait. To my surprise Abt had already charged my credit card for the full amount..i would imagine if you cannot fulfill the order one would not charge for it..apparently not. Today is May 17 and still waiting for the refund. Would not ever do business with this company, really disappointed.Kris

    I ordered canon printer paper from them. They charged my account for the paper and there was $138 charge on the account as well. I called the next day they said they see it and they will credit my account for $138. Three days later no credit to my account. I called ABT back they said they dont see a charge for $138 anywhere. I had to go to my bank during work and file a fraud charge against them. Big inconvience and pain the a#@. I will never order another thing from the theives at ABT.
