    I ordered a "bare" hard drive, which was packaged nicely for shipping (anti-static bag, packing bubbles) and worked perfectly the first time around. Intra-California shipping was extremely fast by ground shipping, as was the warehouse-shipping company time.

    This was my first time dealing with Lagoom.com and they did not disappoint. I was able to purchase a hard-to-find item at an unbelievable price. Shipping was quick, they even called before shipping to verify the order (a nice professional touch). The product (an expensive LCD monitor) came shipped in a huge box well padded with air-bags. Ive gotten LCD sets from other vendors and they just ship with the retail boxing. Lagoom went the extra step to keep the item secure. No dead pixels, perfectly new-in-box. Cheaper prices than leading competitors. Would order again for sure.

    Specials are clearly listed and rotated on the front page. Item details are complete and easily viewed. Shipping options are robust and clear. Depending on time of day, order tracking information is available as soon as the order is placed. I was completely satisfied with my ordering experience.

    Pro: One of few stores with excellent service which deliver knife-edge products internationally. Con: International payment isnt possible with Credit card (only wire transfer).
