Over time Ive purchased electronic items from several different merchants online, but my purchase of a Garmin nuvi 760 from PCNation.com was entirely hassle-free, and my item arrived in perfect condition A DAY EARLIER than projected. So far so good, I will be able to give a better assessment when products arrive.Products arrived within 3 days, shipping was free, items were in excellent condition upon arrival. I will definitely be making future purchases with PCNation.

Placed an order on 9/19 and on about 9/26 I checked on this order and it said status "backordered". I called PC nation and someone was suppose to get back to me (never did). I emailed PC Nation and was told they are not getting anymore in. This really put me in a jam. If something is put on backorder the client should be told right away. There online ordering system should generate something or there sale should send an email or make a phone call. Been using this company for a few years not, not happy with what happened.PS. had to go out local and get a printer and pay a lot more.
