See above about J & R ordering via computer did not go well, telephone ordering was fine.

The product was very poor. Had to use electrical tape to the cord to the phone since it came broke inside where the clip goes. The low cost of the product made it not worth sending back for another. Would not by the "Northwest Bell" brand ever again. It was a flaw that should have been caught at the factory.

J&R was a pleasure to do business with. The salesman answered all my questions & got my order out in a timely order. I needed 2nd day air to make a birthday suprise & it came in when promised. They got it out the same day as the order was processed unlike the competition who told me it might go out the next day. I will do business again with J&R & would highly recommend them.
