Salesperson very courteous and helpful on the phone. Items received brand new and exactly as expected. Very competitive pricing. Will certainly check them out first before buying any photo or electronic equipment from anyone else. A+ transaction. Highly recommend.

I wouldnt buy from these people again no matter how much I saved.I ordered and paid for my product on 12-06-06 hoping to have it for Christmas.I paid $5.95 for first class shipping on a product the size of a fingernail and still havent received my goods,pony express would have been quicker.I contacted the seller via email a couple of days ago and they assured me I would have it in 3 days,well see!!Look for my follow up review in 30 days.You can bet Ill be contacting Pricegrabber,Paypal,and theUS postal service if I dont receive it soon.I dont care if its only $35.00 i wont let it go till I get satisfaction,reimbursed,or someone gets prosecuted its a matter of principle now!!!!!

After placing the order, they increased the price on the website. I was never notified about my order. I waited 10 days for the shipment to arrive, when it did not, I spent 5 days chasing them down to get some information about the order. They will not ship me the item for the advertised price. They are extremely non-responsive to any inquiries, if you get to talked to someone , they just say someone else will call you back. I would encourage everyone to never buy anything from this company.

Classic "bait and switch" scheme on price. Price on website said mfr rebate still applied, but was told this was NOT the case. Dont do business with these guys.

The only issue I had was that the biz rate web sight misstated your shipping charges as less than they were.

I ordered the item on a Friday, with 3 day shipping, and it was shipped on the following Monday, arriving on Wednesday, which was one day earlier than I was exspecting it. The shipping was expensive at $15, but even with that factored in, Dig4less.com was still the cheapest price on the net. The item arrived exactly as described, factory sealed, with no inherent flaws. Their return policy isnt so great for PDAs, but I am not returning mine so I didnt have to muck about with it.
