    Fedex sucks! I do not like Fed-Ex for delivery options as they will not leave the package if a signature is required when no one is home. The closest facility for pick-up is 40 miles away from my home. You should have more than one delivery option.

    I have had great difficulty finding this part and while I am very happy to have found the part, I feel the price and shipping were a bit on the high side.

    I\m very happy to see that they had the part in stock i\ve been searching the web for. The shipping and handling is a little high; but the price for the item was a very competitive one. I\m still happy.

    well as an over the road truck driver i rely on my laptop for pick up and delivery information and routing etc and when i broke my cover on my acer travelmate 5520-5313 series notebook it was very inconvenient for me i searched for over a week or better to locate the replacement parts thank god for for this website i really did not want to invest big money in a high dollar new note book because in my truck it is not the most ideal conditions for a notebook to be exposed to. my acer has been durable performed for my needs and an all around excellent durable companion in my business thk u acer and your affiliates for providing a very efficent and cost friendly work tool for my business keep up the good work. sincerely, raymond rottach rottach2@yahoo.com

    I called the 800 number and the representative was very helpful regarding part numbers, sizes, warranty, etc.
