    I had a very good experience with this store, or so I thought. I have not recieved my purchase but they had time to bill my credit card but not to send the product or e-mail me to let me know when it might be. I am Still waiting and wondering.

    It took a little longer time than what I expected. After they charged my credit card, there was no further information online that I could check. I had to call them to get shipping information. They said this was because it was shipped to eastcoast. As the laptop, lenovo ideapad u330 came, the actual system in the computer was XP instead that the advertisement and the cover and the accessary CD said Vista. This was not a big deal cause I was preparing to reinstall to downgrade to XP. The only inconvenience was no XP CD in box. Sofar I checked the computer, seemed all OK. I still reinstalled XP. It runs normal. So, my experience was fine except that I paid about 30 bucks more. Because tigerdirect's ideapad was not available when I ordered.

    I just got my brand new Sony FW590 from California Computer nobody had it in stock except them price was right and it arrived in two day on ground service.I've been shopping at California Computer for more than 5 years and they always deliver. Thank you and keep up the good work
