I took a chance because TonerMax has THE lowest prices anywhere, but beware....Out of the eight items I ordered, two of the items, were incomplete. The boxes were open and at least one part in each box was missing. Without the missing part, the whole item is useless. I spent $1,100. I tried to email them about the missing items 2-3 times, I also called and left messages. I never heard one word about it. Now Im stuck with items I cant use. I will NEVER shop at TonerMax again - I dont care how cheap their items are.

I do not recommend doing business with this company!On Aug 3rd I purchased 2 Waste Toner Bottles. On Aug 7th I received only one (1) bottle. I have contacted TonerMAX five (5) times in the past 1-1/2 weeks without any resolution to date.

Ordered "genuine HP toner" as per their ad. Received the cartridge but the HP box had been previously opened and resealed. Upon inspecting the contents, found the factory-sealed bag had also been opened and the toner cartridge was obviously used and may even be empty. Theres no excuse for a company shipping garbage like this. It was so blatant it cant even be called an error!

I bought 2 of the same "Genuine OEM" toners. 1 arrived fine in the original retail packaging, but the other somehow arrived in a cardboard box labeled with sharpie marker. Inside was just a plastic bag containing what is most likely a remanufactured toner. Heres their response:"We never guarantee a perfectly packaged product for the prices we are offering. What we do guarantee and deliver is a working product for the make and model specified. All of our products are OEM, genuine origianal merchandise. We never ship used, remanufactured or refilled products. Furthermore we guarantee our products 100%."Also their website is incomplete/barely functional. It doesnt have a database for accounts. Read other reviews. Many customers received expired ink! Others never got their product. I signed up just to write this review. Stay away.

I just completed my first order with TM and all is well. Got 2 labeler cartridges that are brand new and just what I ordered. They did initially send me the wrong UPS tracking number but with one email to them I had a response in less than 24 hours with the correct traking number and a sincere apology for the confusion. They have earned my repeat business.
