    I have made several purchases from this website. Although it is somewhat difficult to contact the cuistomer service to check the status of the order, it is a trustful site to buy computer stuffs.

    My experience with Euclid was extremely positive - the selection and price for a high end notebook was very competitive, shipping was fast and reliable, and the customer service was excellent. Since my first order, I have purchased all of my companys notebooks from Euclid and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a laptop.

    I have ordered two notebook computers from Euclid and one PDA. Allthree orders were shipped promptly. All arrived within the time frame promised and all three were new and unopened. I trust them tosend what I ordered, no punches pulled. It doesnt get any better than that. E. Forbes

    Website could be designed better and had a more modern look. This is vital as the website is the first thing that influences the buyers decision whether or not to buy from you.Shipping box could seriously need better cushioning between the boxes.Customer service was, however, very good.Satisfied on the whole.

    The laptop I bought was great and exactly what I was looking for. The sales reps theyve got working there figured out what I would need the machine to do and got me the exact right item, from memory and graphics card to screen size. Easiest computer purchase ive had to date.
