I HATE THE TRICK AT THE END that says my card was not registered in some program. As if it is alerting me to something real, when really, it is just trying to trick me into enrolling into some credit card protection (NONSENSE) -- SHAME ON YOU. Booooooo.

The issues so far for the order process are: 1. Even if I choose Paypal, it still asks for the credit card security code. 2. It sets my full name as both my first name and last name when the info was sent to Paypal, it still works but looks funny.

I am in vacations abroad. Because nobody was in home, I needed to send the laptop to other shipping address in the US. In their web page they said that anyone can do it, contacting their Bank and authorizing the new shipping address.After two days I needed to send an email to know about my order. They told me to send my credit card and my identification with photo (both in color) scanned. I did it. After that, they send me an email telling me that the order was not processed because the item I was buying (a laptop computer) was a high fraud item, and the only way to the the purchase was by wire transfer.So, they not only catch my scanned documents but they dont processed my order.Because of that, I order again the item from TechOnWeb, that is much better, and I dont had any problem with them.
