Before purchasing anything online I look around to get the best out of my hard earned cash. This merchant has consistently the lowest prices and a good range of products to choose from.

Order placed 7/13 - still hasnt shipped as of 7/27. Emailed customer service and got a response saying it would ship 7/24...which of course it didnt. Sent customer service another email requesting to cancel order but received no response. Then I wasted 10 minutes getting hung up on by their automated phone tree this morning. I see no reason why you should ever do business with these guys. Certainly seems like Im not alone with my complaints...only wish Id read the store reviews before ordering.

All I have to say is STAY AWAY! I order $5200 cabinet that said in stock ready to ship same day. They billed my CC the next day. 7 days later I checked status because I did not receive tracking info and I found out it did not ship yet. I tried calling for 5 straight days getting sent to different voicemails. I finally talked to someone and cancelled the order. I received a cancellation email next day. But 5 days later now I still have not received my $5200 back....STAY AWAY!!!

Seller had lowest price on external drive, with allegedly some in stock. 1 day afterwards they cancelled the order, stating "out of stock". Their memo disappeared (Auto-delete?). Today (following day) its back on line at $100 more. Clearly they had an error in pricing, but handled it unprofessionally. Wont touch them again.

Communications from this company is terrible. I received the tracking information four weeks after placing the order. The sales rep and customer service rep mentioned their vendor (HP) was not cooperating with them and not sending updated order info to them. They apparently dont want to change vendors so I would not refer them for any future business. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. This shows again, you get what you pay for...
