    Awesome!! Best price in the market. Fast delivery. Only one thing that I did not like is that after I placed my order there was no confirmation email for 2 days. But overall excellent.

    It took about 5-6 days to get my order confirmed by phone and shipped including the weekend. However, the price was worth the wait and shipment arrived as advertised and packaged well. I saved about $250.00 compared to local retailers. I would do business with this company again.

    I did a lot of online searching for the best price from a reputable dealer. After reading comments made by others on different websites and their BBB report I decided to give dbuys.com a try. Now that this transaction is complete, I can finally say that I would never do business with them again. Instead of receiving a conformation email of my order, I got this cryptic email telling me to "contact my sales rep if I had any questions". I didnt have any questions. All I needed was a conformation email with order details, and a follow up email with a tracking number and expected delivery date. Anyway, I received this same cryptic email everyday for three days. I gave in and called the number provided only to be connected to someone in the sales department wanting me to add to my order. Ive read about other websites using this practice, and figured if I wanted to get my camera Id better let them up-sale me, which I did. Ill never buy from them again.

    I was no sure how reliable of dbuys.com until I received my order confirmation from e-mail with USP tracking number. Then, my order arrived at 5 business days (free shipping). Dbuys.com offered best price among the .com companies and I will make a purchase again from this company. I ordered a Sony HD camcorder and it is brand new with sealed from the box. I would like to thank Alex from dbuys.com to verify my shipping information and he is offered a very deal of accessories but does not pushing at all. I paid exactly amount that I have ordered.
