    the only thing I do NOT like is that you won't allow canadian orders...even with a USA shipping address, it would be great to be able to us my canadian credit card!REGARDING THE SHIPPING - I was not ALLOWED a choice. I ordered another computer several days later for a friend and I WAS offered a chioce that time - so I got charged TAXEX (on mine, not his order) AND a whopping 40$ Plus shipping fee which did not make it - in the end - the good dollar value I was needing.

    Just placed the order on a Sunday night. I wouldn't say my review would be fair at this point.Placing the order was straightforward and easy enough.

    The purchasing process was easy. I was only anxious because the item I ordered was backordered. I was given a delivery date that came and went. But the second delivery date was right on.

    I've never seen an out of stock notice, or had to read the explanations of shipping dates. Overall they have a great website, although I cannot access my login information.
