    Had to submit several times -had to make adjustment on billing address- still have not received my order or received any info on when it will be shipped. Cannot find a number to contact anyone.The website had no information about when items would be shipped. Thought since it was UPS that it would have been right away. It has been almost three weeks since I placed order. Was very excited about the cost of merchandise, but they need to work on letting customers know when merchandise will be shipped and contact numbers.Have never used this type of service and probably wont again.

    i ordered the item on july 21st. and i still have not received it. i e-mailed the company, and they just sent me a tracking# from usps.the tracking# says the package was in Gilbert ,AZ on july 29th. and the post office does not know where it is either. the digital for cheap company is also in Gilbert.i finally received it on august 20th.

    Shipping was an inordinately long process. Email was not always answered. Product took too long to receive order. It took so long a replacement item was shipped. Probably will not do business with them again.

    They charged my card right away and I still havent received the item after fifteen days! Do not purchase from this company. They will charge you and not ship your order!

    It doesnt get much worse than this. I made a purchase.......They Charged my credit card twice. A week later, and they havent shipped my merchandise and wont or cant give me a tracking # even though I paid for UPS shipping. And to top it off,....They do not provide a phone number anywhere on their site, and I havent been able to obtain a phone # through AT&T either. I have canceled my order and am now in the process of disputing the charge(s) with my credit card company. Take some advice and stay as far away from these people as you can get.

    They are not trustworthy! I would never order from them again! I paid over $18 for express delivery and have not heard a thing from them after many emails about how I have not recieved my order and how my tracking info is not available! Spend the extra $ and go with a reputable company!!

    Ordered a Sandisk SDDR-113-A10 MICROMATE SD /SDHC CARD READER on the 19th received an invoice and then late in the day on the 21st my order was canceled becasue the item isnt in stock. Why did it take 2 days for them to tell me? They suck, Ill go elsewhere with my hard earned economic downturn dollars.
