DO NOT TRUST RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES ON CDW.COMAlong with a new OKI mono laser we purchased 2 hi yield toner/drums from CDW. These 3 items were quoted by a CDW senior account rep. When it was time to replace the old stock toner with hi yield we realized it was the inncorrect toner. CDW refused to replace the $338.00 in toner with the correct ones because it was passed 60 days. However, they did apologize several times while talking in circles and blaming OKI DATA for publishing the mistake on their site. Aside from sales reps hounding me over the years, CDW.com is a good resource for researching some products. For purchasing, I much prefer provantage.com.

One word of caution, this vendor does not want customers to receive mail at a UPS Store. I had great service doing business with them for years, but once they learned where I received packages, they shut down my account. Period. I did not want packages sitting out on my front step at home.

I ordered a 19" flat screen NEC monitor from CDW. I use that brand at work and I knew it was a good monitor. I was skeptical to order at first because it was such a good price, but decided to take a chance. The electronic/computer dealers in my city offer this monitor, but was out of stock. Not only did the monitor arrive on time, it was eveything I expected. CDW not only provides delivery as expected, but good prices as well. I highly recommend CDW.

I dont understand you people!! This was the most pleasant experience I ever had. I almost wanted to not buy from them, reading all bad reviews and in spite of it, their price was the best so I took a risk. After 25 hours from my order the UPS man ring the bell .I was stunned. I couldnt wait to come online register, give my email address (I never do it) only to say that this was the best service I ever had. The shipping was for ground 2-5 days and was took only 25 hours. They are the Best!!!!!!

I ordered products from Vendor A, Vendor B and CDW on April 21. I have received my products from Vendor A and Vendor B but not from CDW. I just checked the status of my CDW order and it lists backordered. No notification at all, just happen to check and notice 7 days after placing my order that it is on backorder. I am waiting for their phones to open so I can cancel my order and never order from CDW again.

That was the lousiest company Ive ever dealt with, and has the worst customer service. I ordered a product that was ready for same day delivery, it wasnt shipped for 2 days. Ive cancelled the order, and Im still trying to get them to charge my credit card back. They say they are not aware of the charge.

I would not buy again. I will ensure people know how badly I was treated. The short story is, they did not honor the order, I was lied to by several reps, they called my husband a lier, and I could not break through the endless loop of red tape. Bottom line, if you are not a "big" company - go elsewhere.

I ordered Office 2003, they did not have the best price, but figured they were more reliable. Well after ordeing rush service, the day after I ordered the software I had 4 calls from them on the order. They needed proof I was in school for the academic software. Then they need fax of my schedule. Then they could not ship it to a work address. Then they could not find my credit card info that I had given to the 800 number. I ended up cancelling the order, and will go to another site & pay more.

By far the best price on the GPS I ordered! I missed the cutoff time for same day shipment, but it shipped the next day, as promised. I was charged for a 2nd item that was backordered, however, and I felt that their communication on the backorder situation and the expected shipping date was poor ("We hope to get a few units and will send yours promptly."). After two weeks, I asked for a refund, and it was issued immediately. I would probably order from them again, but would verify stock first.
