    Although the price was slightly higher than the lowest price, I feel comfortable purchasing from Next Wareshouse.Note: I made a mistake in the shipping address, tried to change within 20 minutes of placing order but they said I had to cancel. So I did, and reordered the next day, have not received yet,

    This outfit had my payment from visa but would not ship unless I supplied them with a photo of both sides of my credit card. This is nonsence and notified them of same and they have advised that my account would be credited. Am still awaiting deleation from Visa. Obviously, this outfit is a waste of time to deal with.

    So far smooth transaction. Had to call credit card company to make sure my business address was on the referrable list, but no big deal.

    Do not buy anything from those idiots. I ordered external hard drive on February 26. On March 11th called to check the status and they still had not shipped the item. I already called 3 times to cancel my order and it's still not canceled. Very unprofessional company and very unprofessional customer service.

    Be forewarned - regardless of the cost of the item they ship WITHOUT signature delivery... if the package ends up left in an unsecured location and is taken - your're out. This happened to me... even on a $670 order. Wouldnt follow-through with BBB.org process and wouldnt reply to other calls.Would you ship anything valued at $670 without requiring a signature? I such as heck wouldnt... but these guys will. And stiff you for it. Yeah... I'm out $670.

    As of today 3/11/10 i still have not received my merchandise. Therefore i am unable to complete this survey. As far as the shipping goes it seems that they are a little slow. If you could check on this for me i would appreciate it.
