    IM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE HOW TIGERDIRECT.COM WILL COME THROUGH ON MY ORDER. SO FAR IM HAPPY THAT THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS WENT FAST AND EASY. TIGERDIRECT.COM HAS SOME VERY NICE PRODUCTS AND GOOD BUYING POWER. I LIKE THE NO-TAX SINCE I LIVE IN CA,(ANOTHER PLUS FOR BUYING FROM THEM).

    This is the 2nd direct purchase Ive made with Tiger. Previous purchases were through Amazon, and the good experience there allowed me to come direct. So far the experience has been good. Please dont blow it now! This survey should be repeated after the goods are received so that the entire process can be evaluated.

    ok //// update ... order from Tiger direct was very satisfactory but the product ... a refurbished computer from HP was not ... the modem was not working and the drivers for the sound were not the correct ones ... hope the next computer I order from TD (an IBM) will meet my expectations as has been done in the past. Never have had a problem with the orders before and this one with HP seems to have been resolved... now waiting for my account to be credited so can order the IBM.
