Communications from this company is terrible. I received the tracking information four weeks after placing the order. The sales rep and customer service rep mentioned their vendor (HP) was not cooperating with them and not sending updated order info to them. They apparently dont want to change vendors so I would not refer them for any future business. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. This shows again, you get what you pay for...

When I visited their website on Sunday, the print server was "In stock and ready for shipment. Usually ships next day". I went ahead and created my account, put in credit card info, etc. and ordered. I received an email confirming my order. Today is the following Tuesday, and I received an email saying they are "SOLD OUT, the order has been cancelled, and your credit card has not been charged". I checked my credit card activity online, and my card HAS been charged! Do NOT do business with this place. Shame on Pricegrabber for allowing them on their website. My next call is to Visa to remove their charge. What a waste of time!

Unistorage made the same mistake twice. I purchased an APC unit that costs roughly 830, they shipped me the lower model costing 400. I RMAd it through them, while they got the replacement here quickly, they dont actually handle the RMA it goes back to APC, which is another argument of sucking.2 months later, I go to build more servers and need another APC power unit. The price at unistorage was the best again, and assuming they wouldnt do the same mistake twice I purchased from them. I was mistaken.... they shipped us the lesser model again, even though they gladly took my 830 dollars....Now on to the non existant customer service. I spent roughly 2 hours trying to get someone on the phone to acknowledge my RMA, no luck. Instead I get transfered around and around only to be hung up on. Buy from these guys if you are not on a deadline, because they have not got anything right for me when I had one.

I ordered the Tripp Lite PDU 20A on 02/21/08 and choose Fedex Ground 3-5 busniess day shipping.I waited until 02/27/08 (almost a week) and nothing show up so i called the Unistorage company. They said they didnt ship it yet and tell me they will ship Fedex next day 02/28/08 so i can get it 02/29/08.Late 02/29/08 didnt see anything. I called them again. After 1 hour put me on hold, they said they still didnt ship yesterday but shipped today. I asked for the tracking number. She gave me the tracking # but when i track with Fedex, Fedex said that no record of that tracking #.I keep waiting until to 03/03/08 still nothing.This business should not be exist. They charged on my credit card and didnt ship anything. !!! Buyer should stay away or you will be regret. !!!
