I was a little worried based on the ratings and comments I read before but I was very impressed with how my order was handled. I placed it on saturday, received shipment notification by monday and received it on tuesday! Plus, it was with the free shipping option. My items arrived and were pacakged, new, and in working order. This definately exceeded my expectations.

Smooth transaction. Had to call to place order(no place to enter gift card information) but it was shipped out next day. It seems some others have had problems but I have had about 5 orders processed without a problem.

They are still offering products that they hace not available in any form (24 min. in store pick up, internet or store)they just do not have it!! Did in-store pick-up with this product and was amazed how seamless the process went. Ended up saving some money on shipping compared to the other merchants and had the camera in my hands that same day. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I ordered SanDisk Sansa e250 2GB Digital MP3 Player and had it delivered to the local store. Ive seen many very bad reviews yet Ive ordered several items and they have all been received correctly and promptly. I believe the problems resvolve around the wrong store. I use Circuit City in Riverdale, UT. Always 100%.

HORRIBLE. I ordered an iPod shuffle and when I opened the box - lo and behold - IT WAS EMPTY! There were only packing materials in it and the iPod had been removed. I called Circuit City customer service and was not given much sympathy. The representative was rude and my requests to speak with a manager or get a managers phone number were denied flatly. She had a "What are you going to do about it?" attitude as she said it would take 7-14 days to either receive another one or receive a refund. I was treated like a thief. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge because I felt this was an unacceptable response. I will NEVER do business with Circuit City again and am writing this review to let all people know how terrible shopping can be with them.

I read all the negative reviews about Circuit City on this site before buying my Sony 60" SXRD Rear Projection HDTV. I knew that more people write reviews who have negative buying experiences and thats understandable. Since I had no issues and got good service, Im writing this. I did get a good deal on my TV ($300 less than MSRP) and free delivery. I ordered the TV on Friday evening and they delivered by Sunday afternoon (just 2 days and it was free). The delivery guy was very friendly and helpful as well. Im very happy with the TV and Circuit City. Good job!!

My order of Panasonic pvgs320 camcorder should come with free bag and tripod, but the circuit city refused to honor its commitment. I think this is wrong and violates good business practice. I called and email the consumer service department trying to get this resolved. Both my email and phone call did not led nowhere. I have a proof that the promotion was on at the time of my purchase. They did not even bother to look into it.

So just before Christmas, my husband and I ordered a video camera as our present from our whole family and to each other, to have for when our baby is born. The box showed up a couple weeks after we ordered it from Circuitcity.com. The FedEx guy put the package on the ground and told my husband to sign for the box. When my husband picked up the box, he realized it was empty. He called Circuit City with in minutes of getting the empty package. Two months later, 20+ phone conversations with Circuit City and FedEd, where we were told no one higher than the trained monkey who answers the phone would ever talk to us, and they closed the case without telling us! No refund, no camera. FedEx says that we cant file a claim against them, Circuit City has to do it b/c they are the shipper. Circuit City wont file the claim b/c they have our money and dont have any intention of giving it back. CIRCUIT CITY has despicable costumer service. Never shop there!
