    Sort of basic web site, but great prices and very reasonable shipping. I decided to try this website based on PriceGrabber feedback, so hopefully everything works out.

    I Placed order for Iomega ScreenPlay HD Multimedia Drive - Digital AV player - HD 500 GB on June 30 2008 @ 10:30PM,website said your order processing has some issues, and checked in my inbox received a mail saying order is confirmed, so i wrote a mail to asking about this and from last 24 hours no reply.Its really irritating and wont expect this kind of serviceand no mail has come to me till now rearding order confirmation,Its so badEven though there was no proper notification as I mentioned above, my order was processed and sent ontime to me, I expect proper communication regarding the order status.I got product ontime and with no problems. I recommend buying here.

    I hope the item I ordered is shipped in mid-July 2008 as indicated on the NowDirect web site. I hope my credit card is not charged until the item I ordered is shipped, as stated in an email from Bianca Bross, Customer Service Lead for Nowdirect.
