The process of registering and logging in are cumbersome. I put the item in my cart, tried to check out, was told to make an account, had to go back and find the item again to put it in my cart, had to log in, had to check out again. It should have logged me and proceeded to checkout when I made my account!

Very easy to order; process smoothOrder handled as described. Part 1 of shipment arrived on schedule. Their emails per automated tracking system seems to be very good. Things great so far.
