    I placed the order on a Sunday (with 3-day delivery). UPS didnt even pick up the package from NewEggs warehouse until Wednesday. Im also a bit worried about the customer ratings for the hard drive I bought. There appear to be two identical drives, one that includes software. The model that doesnt include software no one has rated the product anything other than the absolute worst. I ended up buying the (slightly) higher rated product, despite the fact that I will never use the software.

    totally disappointed with Newegg. placed order easily, but was notified of credit card data problem (a simple business address/account# match error) soon after. Customer service didnt have the ability to simply update credit card info nor could it be done online. order had to be cancelled and placed again, however price had increased $100 and shipping wasnt free anymore. customer service agent was polite but was only willing to offer $50 off latest price. I bought elsewhere. customer service should of been able to intervene and provide the help I needed or, at a minimum, offer to match the original price/shipping deal I locked in. I wont be sending any business to this company in the future.

    The prices found on this website were pretty reasonable but I wouldve been better if shipping were free.
