    Very happy with the entire transaction. The product was much better than I expected and it was new and Priced below other websites selling refurbished, and customer service was great. I highly recommend A Matter of Fax to everyone, and I will definitely make more purchases in the future. ( Almost forgot to mention they have super fast shipping too)

    The website is a little "busy" but I was able to easily find what I wanted. All information was listed for product and I called and had all questions answered for me. I chose the free shipping and it actually arrived VERY quickly. The product is exactly as described and we are VERY satisfied. Thank you.

    Ive had the Xerox Phaser 6130N for 9 months now and it continues to work perfectly. I was astounded at the delivery speed from these folks. It arrived in two days. Ive been very pleased with my experience from A Matter of FAX and would highly recommend them for future purchase consideration.

    Your shipping was so fast, the item arrived at our office 2 days before the email with the tracking number!!! I also appreciated the contact to remind me the printer was shipping without toner. That was very thoughtful. Im sure well use your company again!

    This is the third time that I have ordered from "A Matter of FAX" and I think this is the most professional internet reseller that I have ever done business with. Not only does the item arrive on time but it actually comes before the time that they estimated it will be delivered by two days sooner. My brother who installed this equipment (Brother Wireless Color Multi Function Laser Printer Model #MFC9850CDW and the optional second paper tray and the extra memorywas so impressed by this company for how they kept me informed as to my status of my order but also on the very fast delivery time that he is going to utilze this company for all his computer needs in the future. I welcome anyone to call me for a personal one on one conversation about this wonderful company (520) 625-8264.

    Ordered a storage server on 6/5/08. The product was in-stock, chose ground shipping. It took 7 days to put the item on the truck, ship date 6/12/08. FedEx did their job and I received it on 6/17/08. I was grumpy with the slow service and the 12 day order-to-receive time.On 7/7/08 I decided it wasnt what I need and to send it back, though it was 2 days outside of return time. When I explained it took 12 days to receive it, they were sympathetic and issued a RMA. The same day I sent an email to CS with the tracking, invoice, and RMA numbers as a courtesy; they received it 7/12/08. When 15 days passed, I received a call from CS who was very pleasant, explaining a longer-than-normal return process for this specific item. That call came about 12 days later than it should have, but it made a significant difference in my opinion of the situation. Overall Im almost satisfied; would urge caution when ordering exotic items (i.e. make sure you really need it).

    Very honest seller, Customer Service was excellent. Delivery of product was fast and the shipping was free. I had to call to inquire about the shipping process and a live person answered the phone. Trust me it cant get any better than that! And thats a Matter of Fax!!!!

    Purchased back-up bulb for Infocus for church. Price was $50-$100+ less than others. Took about 3 wks for delivery; however, wasnt charged until shipped. Arrived in excellent condition. We will be back.
