    I received my product just fine. However, after opening the package, I discovered that I had gotten the wrong item (part was for a cps240 instead of cps420). When I called to see about returning the item, the sales rep was more concerned about whos fault it was rather than helping me get the correct product. When I asked if he could help me obtain the correct item, he told me, "No, unfortunately, I cant do that from here."I am definitely NOT satisfied with my overall shopping experience.
