Easy order process; received order in time frame promised. Didnt receive a receipt right away but contacted them and they replied almost immediately with a receipt. Would definitely order from them again.

Ordered the OEM Ofice Home/Student Edition via internet. Tried ordering by phone but found there was a $10 surcharge so I ordered via internet.Received order in 3 days. Very impressed.
