I have had great success with my R260 and so am looking forward to more of the same with this R280. The imaging and color renditions have been strikingly superior to any other printer that Ive ever owned. Of course, that is always helped by use of the best media. Anyway, if the R280 does nothing more than equal my R260 in its prime, Ill be quite satisfied.In the follow-up evaluation I was asked if my order was in good condition when I received it and if the packaging was adequate to protect it. Since I have not yet used the printer, I cannot say with 100% certainty. However, it APPEARS that it was adequately packed and arrived in good condition.

Not too clear how rebate worked.Printer came with a defective cartridge and would not work. Phone number for tech advice was wrong!!!

My password is never recognized, so I get a temporary one. The instructions say that I need to establish a permanent password, but I never seem to access the proper way to do it. I have kept every order document since I have owned the printer, and I go through the same process each time. Local stores do not stock this ink.
