    Since finding the online store at Epson, I only purchase my printers this way. I have NEVER been disappointed with either the pproduct or the service. Epson is the only printer to own!!

    I was supposed to receive "a Free Storyteller Photobook when you add a High-Capacity Black Ink Cartridge to your cart...Discount taken at checkout." This did not occur wnd there was no explanation.

    The black toner cartridge is listed on your site as "regular" capacity, but in my Epson owners manual it states it is "high capacity". You only had one option so I ordered it, but I hope you have not changed this high capacity to regular capacity.

    I have ordered several time from the Epson store and have always been extremely happy. I did have to return a printer once and it was very quick and easy...highest marks for The Epson Store

    The ease and simplicity of ordering online from the Epson store cant beat having to find an outlet store that can even come close to competing with the prices I found at Epson. Especially given the cost of gas today!
