    My item was in stock. Needed it the next day so I ordered it with the overnight shipping. Called to make sure I could get it the next day, and the customer service rep made me feel like they would pay special attention to my order. It was at my doorstep 9:30 am the next day. Very good service

    I ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday, received it on Tuesday andthis was shipped ground. Came in excellent condition and as ordered. Will not hesitate to order from PC Universe/Patriot PC again.
